The Necklace

The necklace

One girl is very beautiful and pretty. Her name is Matilada and she is born in good family. She was married by a man of wealth and distinction; and she let herself be married off to a little clerk in the ministry of Education. Her tastes were simple because she doesn’t have another choice. She suffered her marred life. She lived in a little house. And their furniture was very old. She is like to going to the party but they are broke. They are not having cloth and not money she was suffered. She had a rich friends and she like to be a rich too. One evening her husband came home with an exultant air, holding a large envelope in his hand. "Here's something for you," he said[n1] .

"The Minister of Education and Madame Ramponneau request the pleasure of the company of Monsieur and invitation for party.
“Her husband said - he no wants to go there because there no have a new cloth.”
“Matilada – why do you not going to this nice occasion. We didn’t go anywhere together. She wants to go to buy a nice dress for going to the party.”
“Her husband – ok ok... I have four hundred francs you are buy a nice dress. He was save his money to buy a gun with his friends going to shooting. He said to her to buy a nice dress for party. She buys the dress and she was sad because she didn’t have necklace[n2]

“She knows her friends she had a necklace. She borrowed from her. She wears new dress and necklaces. They are going to the party.” Her husband goes near to matilada and asks where your necklace. “Matilada – she was distress and she said I really don’t know. She was crying and said its impossible where it is where it is.” May be it falls down on the street” They are going to find but they didn’t find it”. They going to the jewelers and they find to similar necklace in the store. [mr3][n3]
One Sunday, as she had gone for a walk along the Champs-Ely sees to freshen herself after the labors of the week, she caught sight suddenly of a woman who was taking a child out for a walk. It was Madame Forester, still young, still beautiful, still attractive. “Madame Loisel was conscious of some emotion. Should she speak to her? Yes, certainly. And now that she had paid, she would tell her all. Why not? She went up to her. "Good morning, Jeanne." The other did not recognize her, and he was surprised at being thus familiarly addressed by a poor woman.[mr4][n4] "But . . . Madame . . ." she stammered. "I don't know . . . you must be making a mistake." "No . . . I am Mathilde Loisel." Her friend uttered a cry. "Oh! . . . my poor Mathilde, how you have changed! . . ." [mr5][n5] "Yes, I've had some hard times since I saw you last; and many sorrows . . . and all on your account." "On my account! . . . How was that?" "You remember the diamond necklace you lent me for the ball at the Ministry?" "Yes. Well?" "Well, I lost it." "How could you? Why, you brought it back." "I brought you another one just like it. And for the last ten years we have been paying for it. You realize it wasn't easy for us; we had no money. . . . Well, it's paid for at last, and I'm glad indeed."
Madame Forester had halted. "You say you bought a diamond necklace to replace mine?" "Yes. You hadn't noticed it? They were very much alike." And she smiled in proud and innocent happiness. Madame Forester, deeply moved, took her two hands. "Oh, my poor Mathilde! But mine was imitation. It was worth at the very most five hundred francs! . . . "
("The Necklace" tells the story of Madame Mathilde Loisel and her husband. When Mathilde was little, she always imagined herself in a high social position with wonderful jewels. However, when she grows up, she has nothing, and marries a lowly clerk who is obsessed with making her happy. Through lots of begging at work, he is able to get two invitations to the Ministry of Education's party. However, Mathilde is upset, for she has nothing to wear. Using money that he was saving to buy a gun, he lets Mathilde buy a fancy dress. However, Mathilde also wants jewels to wear. Since they don't have any money left, her husband suggests that she borrow something from her friend, Madame Forestier. Mathilde picks out the fanciest jewel necklace that she can find. However, after attending the Ministry of Education's party, Mathilde finds out that she's lost the necklace. Mathilde and her husband then have to work for ten years to come up with the thirty-six thousand francs to buy a replacement for the necklace. After losing everything, having to work, and forcing her husband to work two jobs, Mathilde sees Madame Forestier walking down the street, and tells her that the necklace she returned to her was actually a replacement worth thirty six thousand francs. However, Madame Forestier is [mr6] surprised and tells Mathilde that the necklace was actually a fake worth only five hundred francs.)

[mr1]Her husband came to his house and he is holding the envelope and give to his wife.
[mr2]He was save his money to buy a gun. but his wife needs to buy address for the party and he give money to her.
[mr3]She lost her necklace. The necklace is for her friends. she was worried about now what I said to my friend.
[mr4]She work hard to save money and buy necklace. Her friend didn’t rember her
[mr5] Her friend said oh poor matilada it’s not real diamond necklaces
It’s only 500 francs.
[mr6]Her friends said to mati lada the necklace I bought only 5000 francs


[n1]One day her husband came to home and he is holding in hand .it’s on envelope for invitation.

[n2]Her husband save money to buy a gun but his wife want to new dress.he was give money to him

[n3]She no have a necklace and she borrowed to her friend.

[n4]When matilda go back to her friends she didn’t remember her . she look like poor.

[n5]Matilda friend said oh my poor matilda I buy necklace only 500 francs only. That is not real its fake.
